Evolved through a number of roles and projects. Most recently led a specialized design team creating accessible publications along with associated marketing and communications materials.

Publication Development: Created templates for SAT, PSAT and AP publications—keeping style consistent and simplifying repetitive production work across pub cycles.

Brand Stewardship: Helped to develop, refine and maintain organizational brand standards, creating templates and documentation used across teams.

Design Leadership: Directed a small team of designers. Worked closely with content teams and project owners to establish design solutions for marketing and publication needs. 

ADA Accessibility: WCAG accessibility was identified as an organizational priority. Acted as an ambassador and helped solve for accessibility from the design side through templates and best practices that were adopted throughout the organization. 

Notable projects:

  • Designed a template system for a large series of curricular guides (AP Course and Exam Descriptions); helped manage vendor production teams from the design side

  • Designed the last paper answer sheets for the SAT along with a suite of associated docs, improving clarity and usability while reducing page count

  • Developed accessible PDF standards implemented organization-wide

  • Created an XML-based template system that greatly reduced production time for a series of annual publications
